The Prickly Cactus has a 14 day return/refund policy. Any purchases returned after the two week window will not be eligible for any compensation.
- Merchandise may be refunded for Store credit only!
- We only accept returns within 14 business days of it being delivered.
-We DO NOT accept any returns on items on a sale or promotion.
-The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost for the return. original shipping cost is non refundable.
- The Prickly Cactus will only process exchanges if it is for the same item, just a different size. Exchanges made for a different item, will be processed as a refund and you will receive STORE CREDIT
- We ask that any returns be emailed to @thepricklycactusllc@gmail.com before any return is sent.
- Please state the reason for return, the order number, and the item/items included in the return.
- Please include if you would like to receive an order refund, or exchange for a different size.
